Hollywood Casino does not believe in that and certainly does not operate like a business that appreciates and respects its patrons. I've always maintained that while no one expects to win all the time, everyone comes to this casino expecting fairness and a reasonable chance to win. This establishment operates in the worst way by offering terrible food at its restaurants and DARING to charge outrageous prices offering mediocre beverages from unsanitary beverage centers in key corners of the building offering slot games that are programmed to clean you out long before you ever have a realistic chance of winning anything significant. While I must begin by stating that the staff there (particularly the security staff) are very professional, courteous and welcoming, they do not compensate for the disaster of the casino itself. Because I have a few months of Free Play left, I am compelled to visit this horrendous establishment regularly.
